Elizabeth Acosta PTA

Elizabeth Acosta PTA
Elizabeth Acosta earned her Associate of Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from the College of Central Florida.
Elizabeth is certified in LSVT-BIG (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment-BIG) for persons with Parkinson’s Disease, AIB-VR Vestibular, and orthopedics. She enjoys treating a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and playing sports.

Michael Asbate PT, DPT

Michael Asbate PT, DPT
Michael Asbate earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, Michael obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.
Michael is currently working towards becoming a Certified Manual Therapist and is most interested in treating sports injuries.
In his free time, Michael enjoys fishing and boating, Ju Jitsu and kick boxing, and Olympic Weightlifting.

Alayna Baker earned her Associate of Science from Herzing University.
Alayna is most interested in treating strength/balance training and total knee replacement.
In her free time, Alayna enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading thrillers or romance fiction, and relaxing by the ocean or the springs.

Director, Doctorate of Physical TherapyLake Bandy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to that, Lake obtained his Bachelor of Education with a focus in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University.
Lake enjoys treating shoulder and upper extremity conditions in addition to athletic orthopedic injuries.
In his free time, Lake enjoys golfing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Physical Therapist AssistantJanis earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Carroll Community College in Maryland. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health & Fitness from Purdue University in Indiana.
Janis enjoys treating a variety of pelvic conditions including pelvic pain, pregnancy, and postpartum in addition to providing rehabilitation for improving all activities of daily living.
In her free time, Janis enjoys playing piano and spending time with her children, family, and friends.

Brandi Boothe earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from the College of Central Florida.
Brandi is most interested in treating orthopedic problems neurological conditions.

Occupational TherapistKaitlyn received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University where she also played Division 1 softball for 5 years for the university. Following her athletic career, Kaitlyn earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Jacksonville University.
Kaitlyn has had extensive clinical experiences and didactics in upper extremity rehab with emphasis on splinting (static and dynamic) and creating client-centered treatment plans focused on activities of daily living (ADLs).
In her free time, Kaitlyn loves paddleboarding, camping, and spending time with her dogs!

Danielle Caldwell PTA
Physical Therapist AssistantDanielle Caldwell graduated from the University of West Florida with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. Previously, she obtained her Associate of Science degree from Daytona State College.
Danielle is passionate about Vestibular Ocular Reflex therapies. She is most interested in treating vestibular, sports, and chronic pain deficiencies.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys lifelong learning. She is currently enrolled in cybersecurity studies at the University of Central Florida. In the summer, Danielle enjoys boating and fishing.

Jennifer Caswell earned her Associate of Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from the College of Central Florida.
Jennifer obtains an Orthopedic certification and AIB-VR vestibular certification. She is most interested in treating balance issues and orthopedic conditions.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Ashley enjoys treating patients with a variety of conditions including pelvic health issues, Parkinson’s Disease, and orthopedic injuries. Her goal is to make a difference for the patient and to make their life better.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with her family.

Doctorate of Physical TherapyBrad Collett earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, NH. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Brad is also certified in Dry Needling through iMIT.
Brad has worked in multiple settings including a Covid Unit and rural PT in the mountains of Idaho. Brad enjoys working with geriatric patients and working with patients to improve their balance and generalized strengthening in order to improve the patient’s function at home. Brad also has an interest in hand therapy and is moving toward becoming a certified hand specialist.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and has been enjoying going to the beach, Disney World and trying the local sites around Florida. Brad is interested in history, movies, food, and traveling.

Scott Dressner earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida International University. Prior to that, Scott obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Seminole Community College.
Scott is most interested in treating balance issues and orthopedic conditions.
In his free time, Scott enjoys fishing, gardening, sailing, and body surfing with his son.

Physical TherapistTracey received her master’s degree in physical therapy and transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine. She also holds a B.S. in biology and minor in psychology from the University of South Florida.
She is an Amputee Rehabilitation Specialist. Tracey is also a facilitator for a Virtual Amputee Support Group through Lake Center for Rehab.
Tracey and her husband, Fred, own a ten-acre u-pick farm in Howey in the Hills, Florida. They enjoy opening their property to families to help the youth understand where fruit comes from. During the pandemic Tracey says it was great to be a place people could come to get outside, pick fresh fruit, and feel safe. They enjoy spending time with their dogs and cats, camping, and taking vacations to Colorado and New Mexico.

Talia Estrada PT, DPT
Physical TherapistTalia Estrada earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Prior to that, Talia obtained her Exercise Physiology from Florida State University.
Talia specializes in neurological issues, Parkinson’s Disease, and vestibular conditions and is most interested in treating maximum amplitude exercises.
